LDAP-Account-Manager port to FreeBSD

This one cannot be builded because it is automaticly ignored. When
parsing port Makefile, files which existence are testing, doesn't exists.
The problem can be solved by putting test to pre-build target or
removing, because php4-horde port install all needed staff.

Sorry for my English.

P.S. I'm interessting in this project, because myself I wrote similar
program for administrating account's in LDAP.
