System: FreeBSD shell.internal.comdotorg.com 5.1-CURRENT FreeBSD 5.1-CURRENT #2: Fri Oct 3 13:00:54 CDT 2003 toor at shell.internal.comdotorg.com:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/SHELL i386
Shell: bash-2.05b.007
Term type: vt102 (also tried with screen, xterm-color, linux)
>Description:
Upon upgrading vim to 6.2.139, the screen no longer draws properly. Large chunks of text are often not drawn in, the status bar blinks in and out on each refresh. This only seems to occur when using color--b&w settings seem unaffected.
>How-To-Repeat:
Build vim-6.2.139 with
NO_GUI=YES
WITH_PERL=YES
WITH_PYTHON=YES
Log in using a color-capable terminal, start vim and try to edit a file. Edit a few files during the session, perhaps clear the screen with ^L a few times.
