	I think we should use the courier-imap.sysvinit file for our init script.  The rc scripts that we currently use are what is called by courier-imap.sysvinit, and using the sysv init script would mean we would just need one instead of four scripts.  We may need to patch the sysv script though since it uses /var/lock/subsys where bsd would be /var/courier-imap or something similar.
