As stated on IRC:

- This port conflicts with kdevelop, please add appropriate CONFLICTS lines,
or resolve the conflicts.
- This is a port of an old alpha version of the new kdevelop, please add
warnings that this version is unsupported by its developers
- kde at FreeBSD.org does not want to maintain this port. Please add the 
emailadress of somone that wants to support this port.
- A better name would perhaps be kdevelop-devel since the next+1 
kdevelop release will probably have a different name
- Please use portlint
- PORTVERSION is illegal.
