new weedns port not added for a long time?

Hi,

there are two PRs that try to add the Perl WeedNS client v1.19. One has
been filed by Anish Mistry 10 months ago, that roam was taking care of;
I filed another one, unaware of the earlier PR, in late May -- seven weeks
ago. Is there any reason why this port isn't added?

The older one will need the pkg-comment -> COMMENT migration, mine has
been tested on FreeBSD 5.
