A problem exists in compiling on 4-stable that I did not check while
updating. A diff of files/patch-nsswitch:pam_winbind.h was not
imported to samba-ja itself, so this patch file is still
necessary for 4-stable. Sorry for reporting this after nork's commit.

Please put files/patch-nsswitch:pam_winbind.h back again.
