ports/52380: Configure problem in libggi

Hi;

FYI, there are two new issues with this port:

1) The new URL is here: (sourceforge still works though)
ftp://ftp.ggi-project.org/pub/packages/ggi/ggi/current/libggi-2.0.3.src.tar.bz2

2) KGI4BSD requires USE_AUTOCONF= yes .
