Hi,

The 2021Q3 branch has been created. It means that the next update on the
quarterly packages will be on the 2021Q3 branch.

A lot of things happened in the last three months:
- - New USES: ansible
- - Default version of PYTHON and PYTHON3 switched to 3.8
- - Default version of librsvg2 on PowerPC switched to rust
- - Firefox 89.0.2
- - Firefox-esr 78.11.0
- - Chromium 91.0.4472.114
- - Ruby 3.0.1
- - Xorg server 1.20.11
- - LEGAL was removed in favor of per-port LICENSES
- - BSD0CLAUSE license was added
- - Shared version control OPTIONS and descriptions were added
- - Several infrastructure cleanups and improvements
- - Several commit hooks were added to assist committers

Next quarterly package builds will start on Sunday July 4th at 01:00 UTC and
should be available on your closest mirrors few days later.
