[FreeBSD-Ports-Announce] New 2018Q4 branch

Hi,

The 2018Q4 branch has been created. It means that the next update on the
quarterly packages will be on the 2018Q4 branch.

A lot of things happened in the last three months:
- pkg 1.10.5_3
- New USES: gl
- Default version of GCC switched to 7
- Default version of PHP switched to 7.1
- Default version of Samba switched to 4.7
- Firefox 62.0.2
- Firefox-esr 60.2.1
- Chromium 68.0.3440.106
- Gnome 3.28
- Qt5 5.11.2

In the last quarter, the Xorg ports have been reorganized, please read
UPDATING
if relevant. Also check the entry for net/openntpd if relevant to avoid
conflicts
with the base system.

Next quarterly package builds will start on Tuesday October 2 at 1:00 AM
UTC and
should be available on your closest mirrors few days later.
