[FreeBSD-Ports-Announce] New <new branch> branch

Hi,

The 2018Q2 branch has been created. It means that the next update on the
quarterly packages will be on the 2018Q2 branch.

A lot of things happened in the last three months:
- pkg 1.10.5
- New USES: apache, eigen, emacs
- Default version of FPC switched to 3.0.4
- Default version of Perl 5 switched to 5.26
- Firefox 59.0.2
- Firefox-esr 52.7.3
- Chromium 65.0.3325.181
- Ruby 2.3.7 and 2.5.1
- Qt5 5.9.4

Last quarter, FLAVORS were introduced, and the Python framework gained
automatic flavoring. This quarter, the same happened for emacs based
ports, and PHP modules and extensions.

Next quarterly package builds will start on 2018-04-02 and
should be available on your closest mirrors few days later.
