Short window with new "rc" package

Hi,

in case you rebuilt your own base package sets and did an update between 
SVN r339413 and r339417 in the last ~8 hours you got an extra “rc” 
package which update will not automatically pick up.  That package is 
gone again and folded back into runtime as of a few minutes ago.
