recent conflict?

Hi,

I got this conflict message from pkg 1.10.0_2 after forcefully
installing the base packages using 'pkg install -g FreeBSD-\*' (don't
ask why :-p)

> FreeBSD-runtime-manuals-12.0.s20170226093014 [FreeBSD-base] conflicts
with FreeBSD-bsnmp-12.0.s20170226093014 [FreeBSD-base] on
/usr/share/man/man3/tree.3.gz

This is from the drm-next branch from
https://github.com/FreeBSDDesktop/freebsd-base-graphics.git , commit
b7fe497d9b1 (this uses a CURRENT from Feb 24-ish)
