Cacti no longer lists mysql-server as requirement

A recent "pkg upgrade" removed mysql-server from one of my running boxes
which instantly disabled cacti.  It appears that it's not listed as a
dependency (the CLIENT is, but the server has to be there too!) in order
for it to work....

Someone might wanna look at that.... :-)
