Looks like this is still an issue with the current version:

# pkg -v
1.10.1

Because Chromium has been a pain in the butt, I tried to lock the package, but
it appears that with upgrades waiting to be applied, it repeats the chromium
lock message:


chromium-57.0.2987.133_1 is locked and may not be modified
