size mismatch error with pkg-devel

Hi.

I had the same error a few days ago after creating an new poudriere FreeBSD 9.3 repo to pkg upgrade some FreeBSD 9.2 jails.
Those jails previously used a 9.2 repo with the same name..

I got around this by removing /var/db/pkg/repo-$REPO_NAME.sqlite and /var/db/pkg/$REPO_NAME.meta and after this doing the "pkg upgrade" ($REPO_NAME = name of your repo as in /usr/local/etc/pkg/repos/*.conf)
