therefore you would need to specify multiple addresses to represent it
in CIDR notation. It would therefore be the combination of the 4 ranges
10.0.10.1/32
10.0.10.2/31
10.0.10.4/30
10.0.10.8/32
10.0.10.0 - 10.0.10.7 can be represented as the single range
10.0.10.0/29
