moving from ipfw/dummynet to pf/altq

I need help moving from ipfw and dummynet to pf and altq. So far I
have converted most ipfw rules to pf.
Can someone tell me if there is something for altq like this for dummynet
# ipfw add 1 pipe 1 config bw 64Kbit/s queue 10Kbytes mask src-ip 0xffffffff
# ipfw add 2 pipe 2 confg bw 128Kbit/s queue 20Kbytes mask dst-ip 0xffffffff
Or is there a better way to do it.
