[pf4freebsd] Building problems

Hello,

some private requests made me aware that we didn't say it clear enough
yet. So please note the following:

1) Versions prior to 1.65 will not work on -current
   (__FreeBSD_version > 501108)

2) The port will be updated to version 1.65 or later in the coming days.

3) A late change from Poul-Henning Kamp makes a patch to version 1.65
   necessary if you want to build it on -current (501109 +4h)
   This patch can be found at:
   http://pf4freebsd.love2party.net/pf_ioctl.c.diff
   I am sorry about this situation, but this is not worth building a new
   release.
