Update FusionInventory agent to 2.4

Hi

Since I haven't head back yet, here is a patch the would update the
FusionInventory Agent to 2.4 in order to show my actual interest in taking over
the maintainership.

Poudriere testport for 10.4 and 11.1 on both amd64 and i386 were successful,
additionnaly a quick inventory run seems to output valid XML as expected by the
server side (GLPI with FusionInventory plugin)

Looking forward for feedback - and this is not the appropriate place for an
update, I'll gladly open a separate bug.
