attachment 153574 changes not to check the checksum of
%%SITE_PERL%%/XML/SAX/ParserDetails.ini and to remove it when it is not
referenced. ...maybe :)
It can be solved temporarily. However, ParserDetails.ini is weak against
unexpected changes.
