devel/p5-Moo stopped using Dist::CheckConflicts. It's no longer used, and the
dependency could be removed.

p5-Dist-CheckConflicts:
  From Changes 1.004_003:

  - remove Dist::CheckConflicts prerequisite and replace with a test to report
    known broken downstream modules
