Update Flickr::Upload module to 1.4 which brings in the critical change of
using https URL for API upload, among other changes
(https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Dist/Display.html?Status=Resolved;Name=Flickr-Upload).
Else 1.32_1 version in ports currently fails ...
