p5-POE not working needs IO::Pipely package

Hello,

The new version of POE (V1.356) asks for the IO::Pipely package, that is unavailable in FreeBSD ports.

Can't locate IO/Pipely.pm in @INC [...snipped...] at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.16/POE/Pipe.pm line 11.
