>Description:
- use USE_RCORDER for install rcNG startup script to properly location
- move files/spamd.sh to files/sa-spamd.sh.in (required by USE_RCORDER)
- initialize defaults in sa-spamd.sh.in before rc.conf (then I can use
  spamd_flags="${spamd_flags} --my-options")
- create SED_SCRIPT from SUB_LIST
- use REINPLACE_CMD instead of SED & MV for Makefile.PL
