I did change the line as suggested. Now I get ...

After having re-installed p5-DBI I am now able to install
the actual p5-DBD-SQLite port. Thanx for guiding me through
this!

Next, I have to figure out why I am still not able to
upgrade my mod_perl2 installation ;)
