Port devel/p5-XSLoader is compatible with 5.00503.

I offer to take out perl-5.00503 of support since 2006/01.

The cost (==pain) of maintaining compatibility with old perl is too high.

IMO supporting FreeBSD 4 != supporting old perl in ports tree.
