Why p5-Mail-SpamAssassin port revision? And v310.pre overwrite bug?

Hello!

I don't see any version changes on www.spamassassin.org, but the
p5-Mail-SpamAssassin port has gone to port revision 4.
I upgraded in a non production server, and the upgrade installed
p5-libwww-5.803 and some other packages. Why is this? Is there some
place to read release notes or something similar for this port
revision upgrade? There are no clues in /usr/ports/UPDATING.
I am subscribed to the FreeBSD ports mailing list. I haven't seen
anything about this, but I could have missed it.

Another thing, the file v310.pre contains the following text:
"
# This file was installed during the installation of SpamAssassin 3.1.0,
# and contains plugin loading commands for the new plugins added in that
# release. It will not be overwritten during future SpamAssassin installs,
# so you can modify it to enable some disabled-by-default plugins below,
# if you so wish.
"
Yet the v310.pre file was overwritten by the upgrade. Is this a bug?

Thanks!
