I guess it could be a perfect candidate for perl@ maintainership, what do
you think ?
ps: I'll give you a patch as soon as I get to work.

| I will be unable to do this update in a timely manner, and honestly I've
| been looking to find a new home for spamassassin for a little while. I
| first picked the port up because it was homeless, broken, and I wanted to
| use it. :) It's in pretty good shape right now, there is one minor PR
| open against it that I haven't paid attention to yet (because it's mostly
| harmless, although it needs to be fixed).
|
| Characteristics I'd be looking for in a maintainer are a good knowledge
| of Perl, fairly good knowledge of local mail systems, and most
| importantly; a lot of patience for user questions. The purl knowledge is
| important both on the chance that you have to fix something for porting,
| and also because of the _likelihood_ that you'll have to fix something
| for 5.005.03 compatibility. I've developed what I consider an "ok"
| relationship with some of the SA developers, so they are open to compat
| patches, even if they aren't always excited about them.
|
| If you're interested, drop me a line, preferably with a patch attached.
