7.0 CPU and Memory Performance

ubench is just another useless artificial benchmark with no base in
reality.  I forgot the specifics but last time I looked into what
exactly it is doing I threw it out instantly.  

If you really need to know I might be able to dig up some old notes
from the time, or maybe I bashed it publically somewhere.
