[FreeBSD-Ops-Announce] Minor disruptions due to ongoing peering/exchange issues.

There are some erratic FreeBSD.org cluster service disruptions, apparently due 
to an ongoing problem at NYIIX.

ftp and package mirrors are affected. Some people will be seeing full outages, 
others may only be seeing intermittent outages.

I am temporarily disabling these nodes from the geo-dns pool.  As a result, 
you may be connected to a mirror that you are not normally connected to.
