OOo 2.3.1: No LOCALIZED_LANG=de

Hi,

I built with
	LOCALIZED_LANG=de -DWITHOUT_MOZILLA -DWITH_CUPS -DWITH_GPC -DWITH_FREETYPE
on 7.0-PRERELEASE,

but the build has only en_US:

	serafina# openoffice.org-2.3.1-setofficelang -l
	en-US

1. My fault?
2. Any chance of not having to build the whole thing again (takes >24hrs  
here)?
