compile error with diablo-jdk16

Hi,

I am trying to compile OpenOffice 2.4.1 with diablo-jdk16 on FreeBSD 7.0. 
I've hit my head on a couple issues.

First I had to update hsqldb to 1.9.0 so that it'd compile against jdk 1.6.
Now I can't figure out how to fix the last build failure and was hoping
someone might know how to work around it.

Any ideas?
