Error compile /usr/ports/editors/openoffice.org-2 FreeBSD

I can confirm that on RELENG_7, with icu-3.8.1_1 (current in ports),
editors/openoffice.org-2 is can not be built.  Once icu is expunged from
the system, the port can be built.  I couldn't get it to run 'tho
without using the patch
