How can I print a file with embedded "notes"?

	I have received a file back with notes somehow embedded.
	For example if the final "d" is ``word'' is shared yellow and 
	I do a mouse-over that "d", a small rectangle shows up on my
	screen, and the rectangle includes text notes. ...
	((This is a new one on me....)

	Is there a way of printing out the files with the "note(s)"
	beneath the text? or some other way?
