unzip error compiling OO 2.0.3 on 6.1

Hi, 

   I am trying to compile 2.0.3 from ports.  It keeps failing on a
unzip,

I ran the 'unzip -l' the file seems find, it almost seems that the
directory gets removed before the find is run.


 Any ideas?
