Yes! This is the case!

I had this issue but solved it

Thank you very much Dan.  Even though this didn't
worked out but commenting this in soffice.bin did:
#SAL_ENABLE_FILE_LOCKING=1
#export SAL_ENABLE_FILE_LOCKING
