OpenOffice -> Writer -> Table resize mode dont work

Hi.
Ive been trying to report this bug since version 1.1
Im on Windows XP, OO Writer v1.1 to v1.4 dont resize
accordingly to the selected mode.
Whatever is selected (Fixed, Fixed - Proportionnal,
Proportionnal) don't change a thing.
When I resize the column with the mouse, the table
width never change. (ex : table with 3 lines, 5
columns. trying to resize column 3 so its smaller
without enlarging column 4 ).
I know it can be done with Keyboard but in an
unprecise way.

Features missing too : vertical ruler with height
adjustment using the MOUSE.
