building of openoffice finished but now i have coredumps

after installing gcc32 from ports and adding the jdk binary folder to the PATH 
variable (this necessity i consider as bug) a fresh build of openoffice was 
successful.

Unfortunately the new binaries dump core in

/usr/lib/libpthread.so.1

on startup. Should i manage to use libc_r for OO binaries with the aid 
of /etc/libmap.conf?
