ports draft for 1.1.1b (and 1.1.1)

Hi,

I made a port draft of OOo 1.1.1b.
my main environment is 

o 5.2-RELEASE
o system's gcc-3.3.3 doesn't work, eception handling is somewhat odd.
  (USE_GCC=3.2 is required)
  and makes regcomp unstable.
o jdk version sensitive. I recommend you to use 1.4.2p6_1

`touch soffice.cfg' problem is partially solved
but not worked yet for this port.

Can we discard systems older than 4.8-RELEASE?
I just want to clean up very long Makefile.
