User Setup?

I  downloaded the package for 1.1 and I have it installed and registered on my 
FreeBSD 5.1 Current system.  What is the proper proceedure for the user setup 
now?  I have tried logging in as a user and typing "openoffice-setup"  and 
"openoffice" as discribed in different references I have found, but neither 
seems to work.

when I am using it I will be on KDE...
