Try the following workaround:

  % cd /usr/ports/devel/boost-libs
  % make clean patch BATCH=
  % setenv BOOST_BUILD_PATH `make -V WRKSRC`/tools/build/
  % cd ~/libtorrent-bjam/libtorrent-daemon
  % bjam
