devel/boost-python with python 3.4, and pymalloc

Hello,

If python3.4 is built with pymalloc enabled, then it's getting a /m$/ 
suffix (which is normal), but in this case devel/boost-python-libs is 
unable to pick it up, it'll just fail. When disabling the pymalloc 
feature in python34 it starts working like a charm.

Could you please fix this bug? Oh, and once you are there, boost 1.57 is 
out as i've seen it :)
