redland is too old for FreeBSD Port: editors/libreoffice (4.2.4)

You should follow UPDATING :)
You haven't rebuilt all packages depending on icu as asked
if you look into your config.log you would notice that redland testing fails
because it doesn't find a icu 52 symbol
