distfiles

Hi,

Sorry for spam.

To avoid having the problem of regenerated distfiles, I wrote a simple 
script that fetch the last one if new and append the date to the 
distfiles name.

everything is now mirrored here: http://dicts.etoilebsd.net
you can mirror it using rsync://etoilebsd.net:dicts
the fetch and new distfiles detection is automated you will receive 
mail each time a new one is found. No hurry at the time because the old 
one is kept.

Committers please proceed the upgrade when you got them.

It should fix most of the pav mail expect the polish/hunspell which 
still need a solution. someone could cache it maybe.
