Need to monitor when IP Address changes

Hi, I have SSH setup on my box and home and I want to be able to SSH to 
it from work.  The only problem is, my ISP uses DHCP, so my IP address 
changes.  I would like to write a script to monitor my IP address and 
email me when it changes.  Can somebody help me do this?
