asound nic on freebsd - unidetified

Hi,
 
I have an asound NIC which is based on realtek 8139d chip.
My freebsd's (4.10&5.3) don't Identify it and even after installing the
realtek driver wont relate to it
 
Has anyone managed to get this NIC working on a freebsd machine?
