Yes, net.inet.tcp.rfc6675_pipe=1 is set on this machine probably since early
FreeBSD 11. The patch from D29315 was applied and the system rebooted with the
original sysctl settings
(net.inet.tcp.sack.enable=1,net.inet.tcp.rfc6675_pipe1=1 ).
