Hello Vincenzo!

This issue is present on FreeBSD 12.2 or 13.0? I don't have a test environment
right now, but I will upgrade a production router from 12.1 to 12.2 and to 13.0
in the following months then I can test it.

This router has a ixl NIC (chip=0x15838086 Ethernet Controller XL710 for 40GbE
QSFP+)
