Shared object "libnetgraph.so.4" not found, required by "netstat"

Hi,

I'm getting this in the daily logs:

Network interface status:
ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libnetgraph.so.4" not found, required by
"netstat"

This is a vm running 12.2-p6 and has only ever updated using binary
upgrades. How to fix? I'd have thought that theoritically this shouldn't
happen as there's no custom kernel or src.conf
