While one area was fixed regarding this bug, during edge case testing on
FreeBSD 12.2-BETA1, this issue remains where IPSec/VPN traffic that is sent
through this host (which cannot be fragmented) is fragmented, thus tanking the
send stream.  Below are snips of traffic with and without vlanhwtag enabled and
what the bhyve guest sees coming from the FreeBSD 12.2-BETA1 host when
vlanhwtag is enabled (not included is the guest when disabled as there is no
invalid traffic.
